(We blacked out the address on this snapshot of @andysere's account, taken around 3 p.m. Eastern.)
The Republican staffer who tweeted the home addresses of campaign workers for Rep. Tom Perriello (D-Virginia) appears to have just finished scrubbing them.
Andy Sere, a National Republican Congressional Campaign press assistant, blasted out the 411 for six Perriello staffers last night, the Huffington Post reported yesterday. By today at 3 p.m. Eastern, Sere's account was down to just two of those tweets, as you can see above. Sometime before 3:20, those remaining tweets were showing up as "page doesn't exist."
Last night, Republican headquarters stood behind Sere, the HuffPo reported. Perriello's campaign account had tweeted that a staffer for his Republican challenger, State Sen. Robert Hurt, was a "carpetbagger."
"We're a little surprised that Perriello has reduced himself to attacking staff," Ken Spain told the HuffPo.
For whatever reason, Sere or someone has thought better of that now. We'll have more on the show tonight.

@andysere Maybe when someone in your family is a victim of a violent crime you'll stop acting like a moron
Dear Andy ..... being an @!$%# isn't the new "cool", Dip@!$%#
so this dude posts the addys of Perriello's staff, and when Perriello complains his opponent jumps on Perriello for "attacking [his opponent's] staff"?
WTF? Can we PLEASE start requiring logic classes for all citizens?? please??
"We're a little surprised that Perriello has reduced himself to attacking staff," Ken Spain told the HuffPo.
This quote is chutzpah!
We Have Un-Listed Phone Numbers, Some People Get PO Boxes, We Have the (Do Not Call List)--- Why Bother??
Since When is (Twitter) or Any Social Media Like (Blogs) a Telephone Book? Really Nice!
And You Would Think that Your Personal Information is Safe with Certain Things; Like Jobs and Places Where you Volunteer?
If it Were Me, I Would Not be Happy about This! Too Bad the Tweets Were Not Immediately Deleted? I Think One Day we Will Need ( Privacy Attornies).
A few Weeks ago, Some Guy Knocked on my Front Door, and Had the Nerve to Walk Around and Walk inside ( My Patio )!!! but Then Left! And my Address is (Not Published) ---- this is Why People go to These Lengths of Not Being Public--- for Safety Reasons!

Is it just me or what - I thought Boehner was drunk, not teary eyed, right?
Your show rocks...this is my first blog ever ...and just got on Twitter just to tell you I love the show, and have been watching since the beggining. You give me hope and understanding of the ugly world of polotics. Thank you for all you do and I wish you the best in everything to come. :)!!!!
ps. that guy was a idiot to post that information. And Boehner is not even worth a comment. He's a joke, a very dangerous joke :(
How did a Republican staffer get the names and addresses to start with? Some one hacking the candidates computer system or did some one from inside pass stuff outside? Now Pereillo is a sitting member of congress, or do I have that wrong? But if he is a member were these people that were put in jeopardy then Federal employees or seperate staff hired by Pereillo just for the election which would seem a little odd. Just kind of surprised that maybe some level of Federal security isn't involved.
The preacher in Fl. is risking so many lives and hurting this country's image. Since Bush, President Obama has been trying to create peace between nations and follow the Constitution on US freedoms. I think we should get Sharron Angle, Palin and Bachmann to reload and get armed. They need to take a trip to Florida to visit the Pastor before he attempts to burn the koran. It may look like a 2010 western with both sides armed and dangerous!
There's so many crazies here, I just hope no one makes him a martyr
Why the surprise over the GOP dirty political tricks? This is a fine old GOP tradition that started with Nixon's evisceration of Helen Gahaghan Douglas in the 50s. As he moved to the "Southern Strategy", Donald Segretti continued the tradition that takes us to today. Little mostly white rich kids and frat boys who drink the Kool Aid. Karl Rove's stuff makes this look like kindergarten.
I am not concerned that the image of the United States is damaged by acts such as Koran burning. I am concerned that the foundations of American democracy are damaged. Sectarianism is incompatible with democracy.
Although the product of a small mind, simple immaturity this person is not balanced and it reflects upon those that he represents. Perhaps some completely independent person might become bored and exercise their second amendment right. I personally think taking the law into ones own hands is way out of line, but we receive a constant remainders that there are others who are less stable and just looking for provocation. If one thinks in these terms they will find the world a far more threatening and less enjoyable. Those that dwell on such issue in the extreme will find themselves, jobless, friendless and barricaded in their house with a closer relationship with the tools their own destruction. In a sad few, a flirtation runs amok.
