Created by bartender Greg Best at the Holeman & Finch Public House in Atlanta, as published in this year's Food & Wine Cocktails Guide.
Ingredients:
Ice
1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey, preferably Jameson Gold Reserve
1 ounce tawny port
1 ounce fresh orange juice
4 dashes of Angostura bitters
Pinch of ground cinnamon, for garnish
Directions:
Let's start with the orange juice. You need an ounce. You should use juice from an actual orange: 1 ounce orange juice.
Next, an ounce and a half of whiskey.
Then, an ounce of port.
Then four dashes of bitters.
Then shake it all up with ice. Strain into a rocks glass containing fresh ice.
A dash of cinnamon is the garnish.

We tried this last night, my darlin' and I are Bourbon drinkers but had some Irish and it's not bad. I'm not really an Irish drinker but I thought the cinnamon dash really made this drink. It was kinda like an apple pie on ice with a lot of whiskey.
